YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE WINE-- PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 72 HOURS UPON RECEIVING ORDER USING THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU NEED TO ALLOW 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY (MON - FRI excluding holidays).
It is illegal for retailers to take wine back (we do not accept refused orders). The warmer temperatures in Texas -- especially in summer months -- bring with it concomitant wine problems to the forefront. We are NOT responsible for wine which leaves our temperature-controlled environment in perfect condition and is then brought back days/hours later leaking with ullage and stained labels.
Due to government regulations, we may only ship wine to the following states: CA, CO, DC, IA, ID, IL, LA, MO, MN, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, TX, WA, WI, WY. If you order wine that is not a authorized state to ship to-we do not give refunds - NO EXCEPTIONS -- If your state is not listed below - Don't order wine to be shipped there.
